Ben is 21, struggling with substance abuse since high school. His now ex-best friend, Austin is back in town from college and is nearly unrecognizable. An Eternal Mess​ is a short story about two old friends struggling to re-connect after a tragic accident and addiction set them apart.

19-year-old Iris is on the run from the government.  One moment she was on her way home from school and the next, she finds out her parents have been taken by the officials, if she doesn't act quick, she'll be next.  Iris manages to evade capture at first but has hundreds of miles of forest before she is at the boarder to salvation.  Luckily, she meets a few people along the way that might be willing to help her, including a girl named Sage. A Garden of Sage, is a coming-of -age novel, follow along as Iris makes new friends, and loses some others, and manages to come to terms with who she really is along the way.

A quick short story about two siblings, one older and one younger, just trying to get through the day.

A newborn is found, crying and alone in the living room of a suburban home in Nebraska. Her mom and older sister are nowhere to be found.  The local detectives work through the night trying to find what happened to the mother and daughter pair, but it was nothing like anyone could have imagined.

On a cold December night, a man is walking home from work. It's quiet, the streetlights are flickering, and the show is falling. A man has just started his walk home from work when is shot. Though it was an accident, the killer is nowhere to be found.  Read as the unknown man details his last moments in this peacefully solum short story.
